Double Dog Communications (formerly York Internet Services Inc.,YISI) has become both an asset and partner to my salon & spa business. The first project I used Double Dog Communications for was a postcard promotion to salon clients in 2003. The piece was beautiful and well received. Since then I've come to rely on all the staff of Double Dog Communications for a multitude of services.
My company website, which includes an online store, is designed and managed by Double Dog Communications. It is probably the single most important marketing tool in my business portfolio. It is not only an important source of information for existing and potential clients, but it also plays a vital role in generating daily revenue. Regularly, clients comment on how great the site is. Double Dog Communications developed a brand image for the salon which I have incorporated into all media and daily operations - web design, print ad, vehicle graphics, brochures, letterhead, business cards, postcards, signage, retail bags and tissue, and on and on. As a small business owner, that is a huge support tool to keep in touch with daily business operations and staff issues when I'm out of town. It allows me the freedom to travel, yet stay connected and available.

York County SPCA
The York County SPCA has been a satisfied customer of Double Dog Communications for the past six years. Double Dog Communications provides the York County SPCA with website and internet services and also designed a custom program for our Annual Holiday Auction for on-line bidding of auction items. This event is our largest fundraising endeavor raising over $30,000 annually. Having a professional, user-friendly on-line bidding site helped to increase not only the number of bids but also increased the amount of the bids as well.

About five and a half years ago, we were looking for a website. After meeting Dave Hagan Sr. on a related matter, we decided to use their services.
